Loading Time. The maximum loading time allowed to the Client shall be 3 hours or as stipulated on the Written Quotation unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Shipping & General. Loading time shall be deemed to commence at the time when the vehicle to be loaded arrives at the entrance to the property on which the loading point is situated.
Loading Time. The loading of the Goods shall be performed within the working hours specified by ADM. All costs arising from delays in loading for which ADM is not responsible such as demurrage and transport costs, shall be borne by the Purchaser. In other respects the respective terms of delivery agreed from time to time shall apply.
Loading Time. Where a driver is required to pick up vehicles at more than one location, the same procedure shall apply as set out this Agreement for trips to Vancouver Island.
