Common use of Loan Advance Clause in Contracts

Loan Advance. Lender agrees, on the terms and conditions set forth herein, to advance to Borrower, in a single advance, $9,120,000.00 (the “Advance”). The Advance shall be disbursed for the account of Borrower in accordance with an executed request therefor in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (“Request for Advance”).

Loan Advance. Lender agrees, on the terms and conditions set forth herein, to advance to Borrower, in a single advance, $9,120,000.00 8,520,000.00 (the “"Advance”"). The Advance shall be disbursed for the account of Borrower in accordance with an executed request therefor in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (“"Request for Advance”").

The Advance shall be disbursed for the account of Borrower in accordance with an executed request therefor in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (“Request for Advance”).

Loan Advance. Lender agrees, on the terms and conditions set forth herein, to advance to Borrower, in a single advance, $9,120,000.00 5,685,000.00 (the “"Advance”"); provided, the Advance shall in no event be greater than 60% of the acquisition cost of the Vessel, as such acquisition cost is approved by the Lender in its sole discretion. The Advance shall be disbursed for the account of Borrower in accordance with an executed request therefor in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (“"Request for Advance”").
