Unless the context hereof shall otherwise require, capitalized terms used in this Guaranty, including those in the recitals, and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings specified in Section 1.1 to the Loan Agreement. The general interpretive provisions of Section 1.2 to the Loan Agreement shall apply to terms used in this Guaranty.
