Loan Agreement Governs. In the event of any inconsistency between any provision of this Agreement and any provision of any other Loan Document, the provision of this Agreement shall govern; provided, however, that the provisions of all of the Loan Documents shall be construed as an integrated set of provisions governing the Loan and, accordingly, shall be interpreted and construed liberally to give the maximum validity, enforceability and effect to all of such provisions.
