Loan Agreement Reference. Any reference in the Subject Note to any Loan Agreement or Credit Agreement shall be deemed to be a reference to this Credit Agreement, as it may from time to time be amended, modified or restated. Any conflict between the terms of the Subject Note, and the terms of this Credit Agreement shall be resolved in favor of the terms of this Credit Agreement.
