Common use of Loan and Loans Clause in Contracts

An individual loan or the aggregate loans (including a Revolving Credit Loan (or Loans), Term Loan III Loan (or Loans), Term Loan IV Loan (or Loans), and a Swing Loan (or Loans)), as the case may be, to be made by the Lenders hereunder.
