Loan by Authority. Upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Authority will make the Loan to the Company on the Issue Date in a principal amount equal to the aggregate principal amount of the Bonds. The Loan shall be deemed fully advanced upon disbursement of the Bond proceeds in accordance with Section 4.01 of the Indenture.
