Common use of Loan Closing Certification Clause in Contracts

Loan Closing Certification. Immediately notify Lender, in writing, in the event any representation, warranty or covenant contained herein or in that certain Loan Closing Certification, executed by Borrower for the benefit of Lender of even date herewith, becomes untrue or there shall have been any material adverse change in any such representation, warranty or covenant.
