Loan Commission. Except as otherwise agreed in writing by Bank: (a) Bank shall not be obligated to pay any brokerage commission or fee in connection with or arising out of any Credit Facility, and (b) Borrower shall pay any and all brokerage commissions or fees arising out of or in connection with the Credit Facilities.
