Loan Document References. The parties hereto agree that this Amendment is a Loan Document. Each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” “herein,” or words of like import, and each reference in each other Loan Document (and the other documents and instruments delivered pursuant to or in connection therewith) to the “Credit Agreement”, “thereunder”, “thereof” or words of like import, shall mean and be a reference to the Amended Credit Agreement and as the Amended Credit Agreement may in the future be amended, restated, supplemented or modified from time to time.
Loan Document References. All references to any Loan Document contained in the Original Loan Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents shall mean such Loan Document, in each case, as amended and ratified by this Amendment, and as each such Loan Document may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time. All references to the “Loan Documents” contained in the Original Loan Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents shall mean the Loan Documents, in each case, as amended or otherwise modified by this Amendment, and as each of the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Loan Document References. (a) Each reference in the Credit Agreement, the Guaranty, and the other Loan Documents to a "Guarantor" or words of like import referring to a Guarantor (or any subset thereof) shall include and refer to New Guarantor; and (b) each reference in the Guaranty, or any other Loan Document to this "Agreement", "hereunder", "herein", "hereof", "thereunder", "therein", "thereof", or words of like import referring to the Guaranty, or such other Loan Document shall mean and refer to such agreement as amended by this Joinder Agreement.
Loan Document References. (a) Each reference in the Loan ------------------------ Agreement and the other Loan Documents to "Guarantor", or words of like import referring to the Guarantors shall include and refer to the undersigned New Guarantor; and (b) each reference in the Loan Documents to this "Agreement", "hereunder", "herein", "hereof", "thereunder", "therein", "thereof", or words of like import referring to the Loan Agreement, or other Loan Document to which New Guarantor is a party shall mean and refer to such Loan Document as supplemented by this Joinder Agreement.
Loan Document References. This Amendment is a Loan Document. Any reference to the Financing Agreement contained in any document, instrument or Loan Document executed in connection with the Financing Agreement shall be deemed to be a reference to the Financing Agreement as modified by this Amendment.
Loan Document References. (a) The Loan Parties acknowledge and agree that this Amendment constitutes a Loan Document. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the provisions of Sections 10.04 [Expenses; Indemnity; Damage Waiver], 10.14 [Governing Law; Jurisdiction; Etc.], 10.15 [Waiver of Jury Trial] and 10.17 [Electronic Execution; Electronic Records; Counterparts] are incorporated herein by reference as if set forth herein in full, mutatis mutandis.
(b) Each reference in the Amended Credit Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” “herein,” or words of like import, and each reference in each other Loan Document (and the other documents and instruments delivered pursuant to or in connection therewith) to the “Credit Agreement”, “thereunder”, “thereof” or words of like import, shall mean and be a reference to the Existing Credit Agreement as modified hereby and as the Amended Credit Agreement may in the future be amended, restated, supplemented or modified from time to time.
Loan Document References. From and after the date hereof, all references contained in any of the Loan Documents to the Loan Agreement shall be deemed to be to the Loan Agreement as amended by this Agreement.

(a) Each reference in any Loan Document to a “Grantor”, a “Guarantor”, an “Obligor” or words of like import referring to a Debtor (or any subset thereof), a Guarantor (or any subset thereof), or an Obligor shall include and refer to each Additional Guarantor, and (b) each reference in any Loan Document to this “Agreement”, “hereunder”, “herein”, “hereof”, “thereunder”, “therein”, “thereof” or words of like import shall mean and refer to such agreement as amended by this Joinder Agreement and Amendment.
