Guarantor hereby acknowledges, assumes, ratifies and affirms each of the representations and warranties made by Borrower in the Loan Documents with respect to “Guarantor (Recourse Carveouts),” including those set forth in Article IV of the Loan Agreement, as if the same were set forth fully herein as the representations and warranties made by Guarantor herein
