Loan Documents (Intermediate Mezzanine). Mezzanine Lender shall have received an original copy of this Agreement, the Mezzanine Note and all of the other Loan Documents (Intermediate Mezzanine), in each case, duly executed (and to the extent required, acknowledged) and delivered on behalf of Mezzanine Borrower and any other parties thereto.
