Common use of Loan Documents Terminated or Void Clause in Contracts

Loan Documents Terminated or Void. This Loan Agreement, any Note, the Guaranty, or any instrument securing any Note shall, at any time after their respective execution and delivery and for any reason, cease to be in full force and effect or shall be declared to be null and void; or Borrower and/or any Related Entity shall deny it has any or further liability under this Loan Agreement, the Notes, the Guaranty, or under the CBL Mortgage; or

This Loan Agreement, any the Note, the Guaranty, Guaranty Agreements or any instrument securing any the Note shall, at any time after their respective execution and delivery and for any reason, cease to be in full force and effect or shall be declared to be null and void; any Guarantor shall die, or the Borrower and/or or any Related Entity Guarantor shall deny it that either or any of them has any or further liability under this Loan Agreement, Agreement and the Notes, the GuarantyNote, or under the CBL Mortgage; orGuaranty Agreements, respectively.
