Loan Documents Unmodified. Each of the amendments provided herein shall apply and be effective only with respect to the provisions of the Loan Document specifically referred to by such amendments. Except as otherwise specifically modified by this Amendment, all terms and provisions of the Loan Agreement and all other Loan Documents, as modified hereby, shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects.
