LOAN EXCEEDS THE COMMITMENT. In the event the aggregate outstanding amount of the Loan at any time exceeds the Commitment, the Loan shall be immediately due and payable without notice to the extent of such excess (together with accrued Interest thereon), and the Borrower shall immediately pay such excess amount to the Bank.
