Loan Expenses; Fees. (a) To the extent not prohibited by applicable law, Borrower will pay all reasonable costs and expenses and reimburse Lender for any and all expenditures of every character incurred or expended from time to time, regardless of whether an Event of Default shall have occurred, in connection with any of the following (collectively, “Loan Expenses”):
