Common use of Loan Experience Clause in Contracts

Loan Experience. The Seller has delivered information as to its loan charge-off or loan loss experience, its loan delinquency experience for the immediately preceding three-year period, prepayment speed and delinquency histories for at least the immediately preceding year, and all such information so delivered shall be true and correct in all material respects;
