Common use of Loan Fees Generally Clause in Contracts

Loan Fees Generally. Lenders may, if Borrowers fail to pay the same when due, disburse to themselves any Loan Fees then due, in whole or in part, as Loans under the Line of Credit, either on the dates as provided above or at any time or times thereafter, without the consent of Borrowers and without receiving a Notice of Borrowing. If any such Loan Fee is so advanced to themselves by the Lenders from the Line of Credit, interest at the Interest Rate as provided herein shall begin to accrue upon each portion of the Loan Fees as so advanced.
