Loan Files. Upon termination of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ employment for any reason, all loan files, whether pending or closed, shall remain with, or promptly be returned to Bank, at Bank’s election, along with any Confidential Information in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ possession. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ acknowledges and agrees that all such files and Confidential Information are the sole and exclusive property of Bank and no copies shall be retained by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.
