Common use of Loan Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Loan Guarantee. The guarantees provided by the borrower shall maintain their necessary capacity for guarantee before the lender's rights under this contract expire. If the guarantee of the collateral decreases, loses its guarantee function, or if the guarantor experiences any of the circumstances listed in Article 8, items 3 to 16, the lender has the right to stop any loans that have not yet been issued under this contract and to demand early repayment of any loans that have not yet matured.

Loan Guarantee.
