Common use of Loan Participant Liens Clause in Contracts

Loan Participant Liens. Each Loan Participant covenants and agrees that it shall not cause or permit to exist a Loan Participant Lien attributable to it with respect to the Aircraft or any other portion of the Trust Estate. Each Loan Participant agrees that it will promptly, at its own expense, take such other action as may be necessary duly to discharge such Loan Participant Lien attributable to it. Each Loan Participant agrees to make restitution to the Trust Estate for any actual diminution of the assets of the Trust Estate resulting from such Loan Participant Lien attributable to it.
