Common use of Loan Party Agent Clause in Contracts

Loan Party Agent. Subject in all respects to the terms and conditions of the Hxxxxx/TRG Subordination Agreement, each Loan Party (other than the Borrower) hereby appoints the Borrower as its agent in relation to the Loan Documents and authorizes the Borrower to (a) supply all information concerning itself contemplated by the Loan Documents to the Agent and any Lender, (b) give all notices and instructions, make such agreements and effect the relevant amendments, supplements and variations capable of being given, made or effected by any Loan Party notwithstanding that they may affect such Loan Party, without further reference to or consent of such Loan Party, (c) sign or agree any amendment or waiver in relation to any Loan Document on behalf of such Loan Party, and (d) take as its agent any other action necessary or desirable under or in connection with the Loan Documents.
