Common use of Loan Repayment and Defeasance Clause in Contracts

Loan Repayment and Defeasance. Provided no Event of Default exists, the Lien of this Deed of Trust shall be terminated, released and reconveyed of record by Beneficiary (and the Trustee, to the extent required by law to effect a full and proper termination, release and reconveyance) prior to the Maturity Date only in accordance with the terms and provisions set forth in the Loan Documents.
