Common use of Loan Servicing Fee Clause in Contracts

Loan Servicing Fee. For the sole and separate account of Agent, on the first day of each month during the term of this Agreement, and thereafter so long as any Obligations are outstanding, a loan servicing fee in an amount equal to $10,000 per month, which amount shall be fully earned and nonrefundable and be payable in arrears on the first day of each month.
