Common use of Loan Servicing Fee Clause in Contracts

Loan Servicing Fee. Borrowers shall pay to Agent, for its own account, a monthly loan servicing fee in an amount equal to One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500), plus out-of-pocket costs and expenses, in respect of Agent's services while this Agreement remains in effect and for so long thereafter as any of the Obligations are outstanding, which fee shall be payable on a monthly basis, in advance, on the first day of each month.
