Common use of Loan Transfer Statement Clause in Contracts

Loan Transfer Statement. Upon Purchaser's request, Seller shall deliver to Purchaser one (1) or more Loan Transfer Statements (Department Form OE 1074 or its equivalent) provided by Purchaser, executed by the Interim Eligible Lender Trustee for the benefit of the Seller and dated the date of the Xxxx of Sale.
