Common use of Loans and Borrowings Under Existing Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Loans and Borrowings Under Existing Credit Agreement. On the Effective Date, the Administrative Agent, for the ratable benefit of the Banks, has acquired from the lenders under the Existing Credit Agreement, and contemporaneously assigned to the Banks pro rata in accordance with their Commitments, the notes, loans and liens of Borrower and the other Credit Parties existing thereunder. In connection with such acquisition and assignment and the amendment and restatement of the Existing Credit Agreement as so assigned:
