Loans and guarantees by the Borrower. Otherwise than in the ordinary course of business in its ownership and operation of the Ship following the Delivery Date, the Borrower will not make any loan or advance or extend credit to any person, firm or corporation (other than as permitted pursuant to paragraph (a) of Clause 22.12 (Investments)), or issue or enter into any guarantee or indemnity or otherwise become directly or contingently liable for the obligations of any other person, firm or corporation.
