Loans and Other Business Transactions. Any Member may, at any time, make or cause a loan to be made to the Company in any amount and on those terms upon which the Company and the Member agree. Members may also transact other business with the Company and, in doing so, they shall have the same rights and be subject to the same obligations arising out of any such business transaction as would be enjoyed by and imposed upon any Person, not a Member, engaged in a similar business transaction with the Company.
