Common use of Loans by the Managing Member Clause in Contracts

Loans by the Managing Member. The Company may obtain any Additional Funds by causing the Company to incur Debt from the Managing Member; provided, however, that the Company shall not incur any such Debt if any Member would be personally liable for the repayment of such Debt (unless such Member otherwise agrees). Loans by the Managing Member to the Company shall not be considered Capital Contributions.
