Common use of Loans Generally Clause in Contracts

Loans Generally. No later than 2:00 P.M. (local time at the Payment Office) on the date specified in each Notice of Borrowing, each Lender will make available its amount, if any, of each Borrowing requested to be made on such date to the Administrative Agent at the Payment Office in Dollars and in immediately available funds and the Administrative Agent promptly will make available to the Borrower by depositing to its account at the Payment Office (or such other account as the Borrower shall specify) the aggregate of the amounts so made available in the type of funds received.

Loans Generally. No later than 2:00 P.M. p.m. (local time at the Payment OfficeLocal Time) on the date specified in each Notice of Borrowing, each Lender will make available its amount, if any, of each Borrowing requested to be made on such date to the Administrative Agent at the Payment Office in U.S. Dollars and in immediately available funds and the Administrative Agent promptly will make available to the applicable Borrower by depositing to its account at the Payment Office (or such other account as the applicable Borrower shall specify) the aggregate of the amounts so made available in the type of funds received.
