Loans Held by Borrower Affiliated Lenders. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, in determining whether Lenders constituting the requisite outstanding amount of Loans and Commitments have given any request, demand, authorization, direction, notice, consent or waiver hereunder, any Loans or Commitments held by Borrower Affiliated Lenders shall be disregarded and deemed not to be outstanding.
