The Issuer and US HoldCo shall not, and shall procure that none of their Subsidiaries will, extend any loans in any form to any party other than (i) in the ordinary course of business, (ii) to a Group Company, and (iii) any other loans in an aggregate amount outstanding not exceeding EUR 1,000,000.
