Common use of Loans to Officers or Directors Clause in Contracts

Loans to Officers or Directors. After the date hereof, Borrower shall not make or accrue any loans or other advances of money to any officer or director of Borrower, except for loans made in the ordinary course of Borrower's business that are not in excess at any one time of $1,500,000 advanced to any single officer or director after the date hereof or $7,500,000 in the aggregate for all such loans advanced after the date hereof.
