Common use of Loans to Other Persons; Investments Clause in Contracts

Loans to Other Persons; Investments. Borrower shall not make any direct or indirect purchase or other acquisition of securities or other interests, or of a beneficial interest in securities or other interests, of any other Person, or make any direct or indirect loan, advance (other than deposits with financial institutions available for withdrawal on demand, prepaid expenses, advances to employees and similar items made or incurred in the ordinary course of business, but excluding any other Indebtedness and all accounts owed to Borrower that are not current assets or that did not arise from sales of goods or services to another Person in the ordinary course of business), or capital contribution, to any other Person.
