Such aggregate did not (and the amount outstanding in respect of loans owing by the Company does not and will not at Completion) exceed any limitation on the Company's borrowing contained in its Constitution or in any loan offer, facility letter, debenture or other deed or document executed by it or, in the case of borrowings on overdraft, its overdraft facilities.
