Lobby Agreement. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge and agree that (x) the Lobby Agreement (as amended hereby) shall remain in effect and the obligations of the parties contained therein shall survive the termination of the Citi Lease as of the Citi Early Termination Date, and (y) the Lobby Agreement is hereby amended by adding the phrase "(as defined in the Bloomberg Lease)" after the phrase "Expiration Date".
