Lobby Directory. If a directory exists in the main lobby of the Building, Landlord will include Tenant's name in the directory of the lobby in the Building, and Tenant will pay for the initial cost to include Tenant's name in such directory. Any changes to Tenant's name or its listing in such directory shall be at Tenant's expense.
Lobby Directory. TENANT'S VESTIBULE SIGN; AND TENANT'S SECOND FLOOR SIGN.
(A) Landlord, at its sole cost and expense, shall provide a Building Directory sign in the main lobby of the Building which shall be of a size, design and in a location selected by Landlord. Such directory shall be for all tenants of the Building and Tenant shall have the right to one (1) slot or line identifying Tenant's location in the Building. In addition, Landlord, at Landlord's sole cost and expense, shall install one (1) sign identifying Tenant at the end of the vestibule within the main lobby of the Building. The location, size, style and all other design features shall be as determined by Landlord in its sole discretion. The foregoing vestibule signage shall only be available to Tenant but shall be in common with rights of other tenants from time to time in the Building to have signage in that area.
(B) Further, Tenant shall have the non-exclusive right, at its sole cost and expense, to install one (1) wall-mounted sign on the second floor of the Building. The location, size, style and other design features of such sign shall be as mutually agreed to by Landlord and Tenant. Notwithstanding the first sentence of this Section 4.1.6(B), if Tenant shall timely deliver signage information to Landlord prior to Landlord commencing Landlord's Work under Section 3.1 and if Landlord and Tenant shall mutually agree to the matters set forth in the preceding sentence, Landlord shall initially install such sign at Landlord's cost. Such sign shall be maintained by Tenant, at its sole cost and expense; shall be removed at the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease; and shall only be for the use and benefit of Tenant.
Lobby Directory. Landlord agrees to furnish a Lobby Directory Board Strip identifying Tenant on the Lobby Directory Board. The cost of any changes or additions thereafter will be charged to Tenant.
Lobby Directory. Landlord shall provide and maintain a directory on the ground floor of the Building exclusively for the display of the names and suite numbers of tenants in the building. Tenant is entitled to display its trade name in the directory without any expense to Tenant.
Lobby Directory. The ground-level floor of the Property shall include a --------------- directory, where Tenant's name as defined in this Lease shall be listed at the option and expense of Tenant, (i) alphabetically, or (ii) Tenant shall be grouped separately in alphabetical order. Tenant shall have the right to designate in writing to Landlord the name of each executive and/or professional employee at the Premises who shall be so listed; provided that Tenant shall not be entitled to have so listed more than one (1) such name for each full one thousand (1,000) square feet of Rentable Area of the Premises.
Lobby Directory. Lessor shall provide a lobby directory board, which shall identify Lessee thereon. The cost of any subsequent changes or additions to Xxxxxx’s identification shall be paid for by Xxxxxx. Lessor will keep trees trimmed so as not to block the view of Lessees sign on the building.
Lobby Directory. Subtenant will be identified in the Building’s existing lobby directory as the occupant of the Subleased Premises and will have the same lobby signage rights as other tenants of the Building.
Lobby Directory. To insure a quality and uniform business environment, Tenant’s identifying signage on the suite entry sign shall be provided by Landlord, at Tenant’s cost, and such signage shall be comparable to that used by Landlord for other similar floors in the Building and shall comply with Landlord’s Building standard signage program. Tenant shall also be entitled to have Tenant’s name, and the name of its Affiliate, listed, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, on a directory sign in the main lobby of the Building.
Lobby Directory. The ground-level floor of the Building shall include a directory of the Building where Tenant names shall be listed as determined by Landlord from time to time. To the extent Landlord deems reasonable, Landlord shall accommodate the listing of as many as possible of the names of executive employees at the Premises. 11 14
Lobby Directory if Landlord shall have a lobby directory, each tenant shall have the right to a proportionate share of listings in Building standard typeface and color.
