Lobbyists. Contractor must comply with Chapter 2-156 of the Municipal Code. Contractor acknowledges that any Agreement entered into, negotiated or performed in violation of any of the provisions of Chapter 2-156, including any contract entered into with any person who has retained or employed a non-registered lobbyist in violation of Section 0-000-000 of the Municipal Code is voidable as to the City.
