LOCAL ACCESS FACILITIES. PORTAL ONE services is carried over the public internet. Although in many circumstances such calls will be of comparable quality to those made using the standard access arrangements, in some situations the quality of calls will be lower than regular PSTN connections. You acknowledge that the quality of some or all calls may be lower than expected when using the public internet, and that PORTAL ONE will not be able be liable to you or any third parties for any resulting problems in using the service. You acknowledge PORTAL ONE will not be liable for damages even if PORTAL ONE attempts to assist you in identifying the source and possible solutions to any service problems you experience.

LOCAL ACCESS FACILITIES. Local access facilities means the physical telco or leased line connecting customer's premise to the Sprint ATM network. Local access facilities compatible with Sprint ATM Service include T1, T3, and OC3c. Either Sprint or Customer may provide the local access facilities. Charges for Sprint-provided local access facilities include local access line charges, Access Coordination Fees ("ACF") , and Central Office Connection ("COC") fees. Charges for customer-provided local access facilities include COC fees and Entrance Facility Charges ("EFC"). Sprint will charge Customer a non-recurring charge and a monthly recurring charge.

LOCAL ACCESS FACILITIES. A. All charges for Local Access Facilities provided by Sprint to access the ATM and Clearline Products and Services (including ACF and COC) shall be quoted by Sprint on an individual Order basis. B.   • Verizon OSS Facilities Any gateways, interfaces, databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, used by Verizon to provide Verizon OSS Services to CBB.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs.   • Other Facilities This Agreement reserves in each party the power to establish a temporary holding facility during a pandemic, riot, civil disobedience or natural disaster, to establish group homes or other care or rehabilitation facilities in furtherance of a social service program, to temporarily transfer Inmates to alternative detention facilities in order to respond to Xxxx overcrowding, a public health directive, or to comply with a final order of a federal court or a state court of record for the care and treatment of Inmates.
