Common use of LOCAL ADVERTISING; OTHER PAYMENTS Clause in Contracts

LOCAL ADVERTISING; OTHER PAYMENTS. During the term of each Franchise Agreement signed by the FRANCHISEE pursuant to this Agreement, the FRANCHISEE will be required to spend monies for items such as grand opening advertising and promotion, local media advertising and promotion, local group advertising and promotion, and other expenses. The FRANCHISEE will pay all such required advertising and promotional fees and expenses at the rates established in, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of, the applicable Franchise Agreement for each of the FRANCHISEE'S Cost Cutters Businesses opened and operated by the FRANCHISEE pursuant to this Agreement.
