Common use of Local Availability Clause in Contracts

Local Availability. The County and the Court expect the Attorney will be fully prepared to provide effective representation to clients and at appropriate level of service to the courts. The Attorney shall also designate an Emergency Contact who can provide basic case information on an as needed bases and have authority to access and transfer case files if needed. It is understood and agreed Attorney shall establish and maintain communications capability which will allow prompt receipt of and responses to electronic communications, including, but not limited to telephone, e-mail and facsimile, and Attorney will be available to receive and promptly respond to such communications. The Attorney further agrees to be physically present in Navajo County at such times and in such locations as may be required to make court appearances and to meet with clients, justice system personnel and other parties as necessary, or to make provisions for substitute representation as specified in Section III (E) of this Agreement.
