Definition A local commercial announcement is an advertisement for a product or service that is broadcast in a single market of the markets listed on pages 31 and 32, but excluding commercial announcements broadcast in the metropolitan areas of New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto or Montreal. Production for such commercial announcements, however, may be performed in such cities.
