Common use of Local Concern Clause in Contracts

Local Concern. The Parties agree and acknowledge that the activities contained in this IGA are matters of local concern only, and that the Parties have mutually joined together for the performance of the matters of local concern, and that nothing in this IGA shall be construed as matters of statewide concern.
