LOCAL FEE AUTHORITY. An LA may have authority to enact fees for delegated Functions and Duties, which is different from ADEQ’s fee authority. In all cases, an LA may not charge a duplicative fee for a service that is already covered by an ADEQ fee, and if the LA is utilizing ADEQ’s fee authority, fees charged by the LA must be consistent with ADEQ fee authority.
