Local government Subrecipient. If Subrecipient is a local government, Subrecipient shall comply with the directives applicable to procurement by subgrantees set forth in 45 C.F.R. Part 92.36 in procuring all supplies, services and equipment pursuant to, and/or utilizing funds provided by, this Contract.
