LOCAL ISSUES. It is the mutual goal of both parties to work together to secure quality nursing care and health protection for patients.

LOCAL ISSUES. Lender shall be satisfied with Mexican laws governing all matters relating to the Inventory Loan, including without limitation, the creation and perfection of security on real estate, the creation and perfection of the assignment of purchaser contracts, the creation, marketing and sale of unsold use rights and memberships, and other related matters.

LOCAL ISSUES. The parties agree that local issues, which may arise during the term of the Collective Agreement, should be identified and discussed prior to commencement of joint bargaining. Accordingly it is agreed that the Union will submit to local management a complete listing of local issues no later than July 15th of the final year of the Agreement. It is understood that only those local issues that arise from situations occurring after July 15th may be subsequently raised as local issues prior to the commencement of negotiations.

LOCAL ISSUES. The Parties agree to a process of ongoing timely resolution of matters as they arise in operations during the term of the Agreement. Either Party may request the involvement of CONIFER and the USW for the purpose of assistance in the resolution of such matters.
