Common use of Local Legal Compliance Clause in Contracts

Local Legal Compliance. Borrower will comply, with all applicable servitudes, restrictive covenants, all applicable planning, zoning and land use ordinances and building codes, all applicable health and Environmental Laws and regulations, and all other applicable statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, court orders, agreements and arrangements. To the best of Borrower’s knowledge, the use or occupancy of all such buildings, improvements and amenities for their respective intended purposes are lawful under all applicable statutes, ordinances, rules, and regulations; and

Local Legal Compliance. Borrower will Borrowers shall comply, and shall cause each Property and Units to comply in all material respects, with all applicable servitudes, restrictive covenants, all applicable planningzoning, zoning design and land use ordinances and building codes, all applicable health and Environmental Laws environmental laws and regulations and all other Applicable Laws, rules and regulations and all approvals, consents and licenses (including, without limitation, the applicable Declaration). Borrowers shall cause the Membership Interests and the sales thereof to comply in all material respects with all Applicable Laws, rules and regulations, and all other applicable statutesapprovals, ordinances, rules, regulations, court orders, agreements consents and arrangements. To the best of Borrower’s knowledge, the use or occupancy of all such buildings, improvements and amenities for their respective intended purposes are lawful under all applicable statutes, ordinances, rules, and regulations; andlicenses.

To the best of Borrower’s knowledge, the use or occupancy of all such buildings, improvements and amenities for their respective intended purposes are lawful under all applicable statutes, ordinances, rules, and regulations; andLegal Requirements.
