Common use of Local Letters of Credit Clause in Contracts

Local Letters of Credit. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the other conditions applicable to the issuance of Letters of Credit hereunder and the approval of the applicable Issuing Bank, each Borrower may request the issuance of Local Letters of Credit. Upon the issuance of any Local Letter of Credit, and so long as any Local Letter of Credit remains outstanding, the following provisions shall apply:
