Local Service Agreements. Each of the Parties recognizes and agrees that there may be a need to document separately the Services provided hereunder in various countries from time to time to the extent necessary to comply with applicable Law or as otherwise agreed by the Parties. If such an agreement is required by applicable Law in the reasonable mutual determination of the Parties, or the Parties mutually determine it is otherwise necessary or desirable, Lilly and the Company shall cause each of their appropriate Subsidiaries, respectively, to enter into local implementing agreements of this Agreement (each, a “Local Service Agreement”); provided, however, that the execution or performance of any such Local Service Agreement shall in no way alter or modify the principle of any term or condition hereof and the sole remedies under such Local Service Agreement shall be the remedies (subject to each and every limitation) set forth herein. Any references herein to this Agreement and the Services to be provided hereunder shall include any Local Service Agreement and the Local Services (as shall be defined in the Local Agreement) to be provided thereunder.
Local Service Agreements. The local service agreements between the Company or any of its subsidiaries and the other parties thereto listed on Schedule II hereto (a) are a complete list of all local service agreements entered into by the Company or its subsidiaries; (b) have all been duly authorized, executed and delivered by the Company or its subsidiaries; and (c) constitute valid and legally binding agreements of the respective parties thereto.
Local Service Agreements. 26.1 The Carcross/Tagish First Nation may enter into agreements with another Yukon First Nation, a municipality, or Government, to provide for such matters as municipal or local government services, joint planning, zoning or other land use control.
26.2 Any agreement entered into pursuant to 26.1 respecting a municipal or local government service shall:
26.2.1 take into account the cost of providing that service;
26.2.2 provide for a process to resolve disputes which arise in respect of the agreement or the provision of the service; and
26.2.3 provide that the parties to such agreement, and their respective corporations, as the case may be, shall pay similar rates for user- pay municipal or local government services as are paid by property owners in the same or similar communities.
Local Service Agreements. The agreements listed on Schedule II hereto between the Company, LIN or any of their respective subsidiaries and the other parties thereto, commonly classified in the industry as joint sales agreements, shared services agreements or local marketing agreement, pursuant to which the Company or LIN or their respective subsidiaries provide substantial services to one or more television stations licensed to third parties (the “Local Services Agreements”) (a) are a complete list of all Local Service Agreements currently in effect entered into by the Company or their respective subsidiaries and, to the Company’s knowledge, LIN or its respective subsidiaries; (b) have all been duly authorized, executed and delivered by the Company or its subsidiaries or, to the Company’s knowledge, LIN or its subsidiaries, as applicable; and (c) constitute valid and legally binding agreements of the respective parties thereto.

FERC Electric Tariff No. 3 (the "Tariff"), Buyer shall enter into a Local Service Agreement with NUSCO, as agent for the Northeast Utilities Companies (the "Transmission Companies"), for Local Network Transmission Service (as defined in the Tariff) over the Transmission Companies’ Non-Pool Transmission Facilities (as defined in the Tariff) for each Facility listed in Schedule 5.12, which agreements shall be effective as of the Closing Date.
