Local Street i. For residential structures 50 feet from street centerline or 25 feet from the front lot line, whichever is greater.
ii. For all other uses, 100 feet from street centerline or 50 feet from front lot line, whichever is greater.
Local Street. Walkable, low speed (25 mph) streets primarily serving abutting property. A local street is designed to connect residential neighborhoods with each other, connect neighborhoods with commercial and other districts and connect collector streets. Local streets may serve mixed-use sectors and emphasize curb parking. Goods movement is restricted to local deliveries only.
